We offer our clients home care Nurse Specialist who have comprehensive training to care for clients with complex conditions to ensure that up to date evidence-based care is provided.

Here at Haim Home Health, we are staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are available to assist you 24hours. Our home care nurses have the skills and experience to provide personally tailored care that’s beyond what family or friends can provide. Every Nurse is licensed with the state of New Jersey and receives on-going training to provide top of the line industry standard service.

Our team of Nurses at Haim Home Health will work with you, your caregivers, and doctors to formulate a plan of care to meet your needs. The plan of care serves as a road map for our professional nurses to ensure all care goals are met. This plan will include the right combination of services to address your condition and will be updated frequently to suit your current needs. Your Haim Home Health nurse will be the primary care coordinator, to ensure your health needs are addressed and ensure you are able to follow doctors’ orders.

At Haim, we pride ourselves in having a diverse staff that reflect the communities we service. This allows us to provide nurses who are multilingual that can explain pertinent care instructions in the language most comfortable to our clients.
